Top artists reveal how to find creative inspiration

When I’m working creatively on a project and I come across a creative block, I, well to be frank I get pretty fricking angry. It’s almost as if I’m pushing so hard against a wall from the inside out that I expect to give birth to some kind of bizarre, wonderful creature that has the answer to all of my problems. But I usually manage to come up with something on my own after sleeping on it, writing with free association, banging my head on the table for a few minutes and maybe after a double americano.

I just came across a very interesting article in The Guardian about creative inspiration. (Thank you to Kelsey Stables for showing me this article!) So it’s really nice to see that even the best of the best have ways to deal with their creative droughts as well. Click here to view how some of your favourite artists get through it all.
